AARTIC Training Group, are recruiting for even more staff
As one of the fastest growing private training providers in the UK, AARTIC Training Group are on the look out for more staff, at there new purpose built training centre in the heart of Swansea.
AARTIC Training Group are just about to open the new 3,000 Square foot complex in the Manselton area of the city. This will be used to accommodate the new Training academy's. Antony Rabey MD of AARTIC Training said " the company is in a really strong position to help get people the job that they want, and also help the local economy by using our Social enterprise commitment to really help the long term unemployed get back into employment.
AARTIC Training group, recently funded a hospitality Academy pilot program with the support of Communities for work, Communities first and Job centre plus. This pilot was a great success, will a very positive outcome for all involved, all the participants receiving formal qualifications and also offers of employment and work experience from the employers who were at the work based interview lunch, held on the last day of the course, these employers included, The Gower Hotel, Liberty Stadium and The Mercure hotel Swansea to name a few.
Adrian Rabey Director of AARTIC and CEO of the British Training Board said " the Recruitment process for AARTIC Training group is an ongoing process. We are looking for 2 regional sales managers, 8 sales staff, 2 sales team leaders and 3 administration staff. We are nearing the end of a large instructor training program, that will see us having all the instructors up and ready for the official Academy launch date of Sept 5th 2016. We are very excited about the prospect of helping people get the job they want"
AARTIC Training is also launching a "Drop in centre" for veterans in the new complex. This is with the support of SSAFA and the ABF, the centre will be so that veterans can get help with the issues that they are having with employment and training, and also any other problems. SSAFA will have a case worker permanently dedicated to AARTIC and will be on hand to help in any way possible.
