Security Risk management
A place in the International market
Operational risk management remains a top priority and pressure to maximise value increases, emerging technology could prove crucial.
Antony Rabey MD of AARTIC Training Group (ATG) gives is an introduction to the new Level 5 certificate in Security Operational Risk management. The Level 5 Certificate in Security Operational Risk Management identifies the gaps in existing provision for security related qualifications at Level 5 and above.
The analysis process should be the basis for implementation of all measures including those for security of people, property, information and assets. This Programme is designed for Advanced Security Operations’, consisting of five mandatory units.
The key purpose of security risk analysis is to provide the rationale for developing security measures that are above and beyond the baseline. A proposed traffic light system sifts through data for signs of trouble and is then mitigated by the use of a comprehensive Risk analysis.
Over the next few years emerging technology will vastly improve the process of Risk detection and be a tool to be used by the security consultant in his/her growing toolbox.
This new program compliments the great standards in the industry and also gives an exemption route to higher qualifications including degree courses.
Antony Rabey said "We are pleased to be the first to offer this new product and are happy that our partner organisations have embraced the new product"
