Business Development Officer.


Lauren is a full-time member of staff and has been with the organisation for two years. She works across partnerships, client engagement, and growth activity, supporting both new and existing relationships.

With a strong understanding of the organisation’s services,


Lauren plays a key role in identifying opportunities, supporting proposals, and maintaining professional relationships. Her approach is structured, approachable, and commercially aware.

Senior Instructor – Logistics & Facilities Management


Adam has over 20 years’ experience in logistics and facilities management, supported by more than a decade delivering professional training. His career spans operational leadership, compliance-driven environments, and workforce development across public and private sectors.


As an instructor, Adam is known for clear delivery, practical insight, and an ability to translate complex operational requirements into meaningful learning. His teaching style focuses on real-world application, compliance with standards, and preparing learners for responsibility at supervisory and management levels.


Adam supports learners across regulated qualifications, recognition of prior learning, and vocational progression pathways, ensuring experience is properly recognised and aligned to national frameworks.

Ralph leads customer service and has been with the organisation for three years. During that time, he has developed strong insight across the full course portfolio, funding routes, delivery models, and learner pathways.



Ralph is often the first point of contact for clients and learners. He provides clear guidance, accurate information, and calm reassurance throughout the inquiry, enrolment, and support processes.
