If you are looking for employment as a Veteran a lot of the skills you learnt in the military are transferable, this avoids having to do long courses, as most of what you need is completed by just a top up of your skills to get you into the workplace. To assist Veterans in their basic skills to be able to take the “First Step” towards employment, by improving their communication and people skills.

The course has been designed to focus on providing all customers with the necessary tools, motivation and incentive to gain sustainable employment.

Positive Direction

All customers who participate in our courses receive 10 days of intensive training and 30 weeks of 1-2-1 support, as well as free access to our online training courses.
