Aimed at candidates who are looking to change careers or are not sure what career path to pursue. This Academy has all the ingredients to help you get into your chosen career, including presentations from Employers looking for candidates to employ and guest speakers who have been in specific industries to give you the “real picture” so you can make an informed decision. 


Work experience and a GUARANTEED interview will be arranged for the candidate on successful completion of the chosen academy. During the candidate’s time in the academies, team-building will be undertaken to identify potential leaders. You will finish the “Back to Work Academy” with the following awards:

SECURITY

Currently, there are 194 approved contractors in Wales (source: Home Office website) that deploy approximately 11,000 operatives weekly, accounting for approximately 11% of the licensable operatives within the private security industry. 


Unlike many other training providers, our Security academy offers more than just one job prospect avenue.

Hospitality is part of the wider leisure, travel and tourism sector, which needs to recruit over 40,000 managers, chefs, waiters and bar staff in Wales by the year 2028. The industry is facing several key challenges and shortages, making hospitality an industry with career prospects for anyone! 

Our hospitality academy will enable candidates with the skills and knowledge to deliver a silver service. The training consists of three days of intensive instruction, followed by a fourth day dedicated to a live service in which candidates deliver it to potential employers. You will finish the “Hospitality Academy” with the following awards:
