AARTIC Training Academy
Once a candidate has completed First Steps, Positive Direction and Motivation courses, an evaluation will be made by AARTIC staff and the candidate to choose the best suited academy for their career prospects

Work experience and a GUARANTEED
interview will be arranged for the candidate on successful completion of the chosen academy. During the candidate’s time within the academies, command tasks will be undertaken to discover potential leaders. In the event that a candidate demonstrates an aptitude for leadership they will be invited to complete one of our management courses, which includes one of the following:
Level 3 Certificate in Facilities Management Practice (QCF)
Level 4 Certificate in The Management of Productivity (QCF)
There are four major employment sectors to choose from:
Security
Unlike many other training providers, our Security academy offers more than just one job prospect avenue. There will be training for Door and Event security (Level 2 Award in Door Supervision), Static Security Guarding, CCTV operation (Level 2 Award Working as a CCTV Operator), Close Protection and Agent service.
Hospitality
Hosteleria - Spanish for hospitality. A Culture of service at all levels and pride in delivering an experience to the service user. Treat others as you would like to be treated culture and appreciating the opportunity in hand to deliver it. Our hospitality academy will enable candidates with the skills and knowledge to deliver a Silver Service. Three days of intensive training with the fourth day being a live scenario delivering the service to potential employers.
Cleaning
Through our cleaning academy candidates will have the opportunity to either work with a reputable company or set up their own company. A Level 2 Award in the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health will be achieved for the successful applicant. Progression from this award is Level 2 Certificate in Cleaning Principles (QCF)
Retail
The duration of the Retail academy will focus on not only attaining industry knowledge, but achieving qualifications that are linked to the industry, i.e., Administration, Warehousing, IT, Project Management, Management training and front of house.
