Silver ERS Company launches Veterans only Training Delivery

Since 2012 the concept of an Ex-Military training company has been bounded around, with various organisations setting up training companies all across the UK. Some of these companies have gone on to do great things and really make their mark in the training world.
UK Military trained personnel are highly sought after, so the concept of leaving the Armed Forces to peruse a career in training is (for some) a natural transition.
AARTIC Training Group has delivered many courses for military personnel both in service and during transition. Education and Training has been a big part of the training being delivered. So, the Directors have decided that a route for employment was needed, this brought about the discussion of how to roll out the concept and what to call it.
Training with Heroes was born of necessity. The cost of setting up a training company is well in excess of £20,000 so to make the transition easier and to give UK plc a boost, a group of companies supported by AARTIC Training Group, set about creating a training company that could deliver across all sectors of industry utilizing the experience and training delivered in the military to train and up-skill the workforce of UK plc.
AARTIC Training are a Silver Defense Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) winner and have teamed up with other Silver award winning companies across the UK to empower the Armed Forces Community Covenant pledge of these companies.
Antony Rabey MD of AARTIC Training Group said "We encountered problems and still do in relation to the Ex-Forces trainers and their ability to do the training asked of them. I get asked the same Questions on a daily basis from companies. Why would i want an Ex service person delivering training to my company? How will they know what training we require? Will they use inappropriate language or gestures while delivering training? My answer to them is always the same, unless you give them a go you will never know. Once the company has had one of the Training with heroes" representatives in to complete a fully funded training needs analysis they soon realise that they are very professional, and the price quoted is a "fair market price" and the training delivered is exceptional".
