The Level 3 Certificate in Facilities Management is a credit-based qualification.
Learners will gain knowledge, understanding, and skills required for employment in the facilities services sector.
The remit of Facilities management covers a range of areas including:
- negotiate, organise and monitor the delivery of services to clients.
- develop working relationships with colleagues. Develop and implement a risk assessment plan. Objective setting and monitoring.
- plan and schedule the maintenance of property and assets.
- preparing and managing a budget
Level 4 Diploma in Facilities Management
This course is fully funded if you have lived in Wales for the last 3 years. With proof of Welsh address.
Purpose and Aim of the Qualification
This qualification provides the standards that must be achieved by individuals that are overseeing and supervising a team.
This qualification is made up of a total of 10 units. To be awarded this qualification, the candidate must achieve a total of 48 credits.
In addition to the mandatory units, candidates will complete optional units to achieve the full diploma.

Purpose and Aim of the Qualification
This course provides the standards that must be achieved by individuals who are overseeing and supervising a team of Facility Managers. All of our exclusive training programs are fully accredited to UK and international occupational standards.
This is a summary overview of a 12-month mentoring and training programme. The program can be tailored to the learners' needs and can be achieved in a shorter time period, providing the learner with a flexible approach to achieving the desired outcome. On successful completion, the learner will achieve the Level 5 Certificate in Facilities Management.
This programme is owned by the Aartic group and cannot be achieved with any other organisation worldwide.
Up to 12 Months, however, can be delivered in a shorter time depending on the students.
