 Purpose and Aim of the Qualification:   Level 3  Certificate in Facilities Management is suitable for those who wish to progress in the world of Facilities Management. 

The Level 3 Certificate in Facilities Management (RQF) is a 21 credit  qualification and has 72 - 92 guided learning hours. Learners must achieve a minimum of

21 credits. 10 credits must be achieved from the Mandatory Units Group and a minimum  of 11 credits must be achieved from the Optional Units Group.
