Veteran owned business celebrates growth

A South Wales basedveterans owned training company are celebrating significant business growththrough reaching a business milestone and appointing regional Director throughout the UK.

Aartic Training Group provide training and qualifications to service personnel, and business to business clients all over the UK and Internationally. Aartic Training Group courses are specifically designed for those currently or formerly involved in the armed forces, who are looking to enhance their skills gained in the military to assist in securing a job in civilian life.

Due to the rapid growth of the business with the increase in registered personnel, the company have 3 new regional directors and also brought on board a recruitment consultant. The recruitment consultant will help with CV writing, the management of incoming queries received and to better service the expectations of those registered with the business. The company projects that a further recruitment drive will again be needed in the near future due to the rise in demand for its services.

Aartic Training Group are proactive in seeking to form partnerships with employers across the country to increase the range of employment opportunities for those using its services and to help them gain interview experience. Partnerships currently in place include CEDA, DVLA and 3M’s

Antony Rabey served in the Royal Logistic Corp in the British Army. He served 24 years. His time in the army saw him assigned too many theatres of operation and was active as a trainer and mentor in many military training environments. Antony completed his careers in an army recruiting team.

“We are really pleased to be able to offer our services across the UK at specialist venues. We have just taken on 3 regional Directors, all of whom are veterans. We are looking to increase this over the coming months to a full compliment of 16 by the end of 2019

“We felt the time was right to bring on a new member of staff into a recruitment role to ensure that every individual using our services has the level of support they need to make the most of their membership with us. With the momentum we are experiencing with business at the moment, we will be looking to take on more staff in the very near future.”
